 ABOUT THE ROLE
 As a Carpenter’s Apprentice, you’ll work alongside our experienced carpenters and site foremen on luxury residential renovations, extensions and detailed additions. Projects range from high-end home and apartment refurbishments to large timber decks. Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on training, supporting your growth toward becoming a qualified carpenter, leading hand or site manager.-  - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - 
Assist tradespeople with construction tasks across various projects

Perform manual labour, including site preparation and housekeeping 
- 
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively 
- 
Measure, cut, and fix materials under supervision 
- 
Assist in demolition and material handling 
- 
Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors

 We are seeking a qualified Carpenter with a proven background in high-end residential construction. You’ll collaborate closely with our apprentices and site foremen to deliver precise, detail-oriented craftsmanship on projects including home and apartment renovations, extensions, additions, and intricate timber deck installations. Our reputation is built on quality, and we expect each team member to uphold these standards.-  - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - 
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately

Erect and install wooden frameworks, roof structures, and fittings 
- 
Install wooden flooring, including levelling and subfloor construction 
- 
Construct and finish decking, cladding, windows, and doors 
- 
Perform both first and second fix tasks with precision 
- 
Maintain high standards of workmanship, punctuality, and organisation 
- 
Solve on-site challenges and communicate effectively with the team

Carpentry trade certificate with minimum 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience

Experience working in residential environments, particularly high-end projects 
- 
Proven ability to read plans, set out projects, and manage tasks independently

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

White card and valid driver’s licence required 
- 
Certificate IV in Building & Construction (completed or in progress) desirable

 We are looking for a Site Supervisor/Foreman with a carpentry background and extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. You’ll work closely with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and our in-house team to coordinate builds and maintain strong client relationships.
 - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - 
Manage luxury residential construction projects from start to handover 
- 
Lead, motivate, and direct carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors 
- 
Oversee site WH&S compliance and conduct safety inductions 
- 
Read and interpret plans, prioritise tasks, and set out works internally and externally 
- 
Monitor subcontractors for quality, safety, and adherence to program 
- 
Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment 
- 
Coordinate materials and orders with project managers 
- 
Resolve on-site issues and maintain project documentation 
- 
Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and project delivery

Qualified carpenter with at least 5 years’ leadership experience

Previous work on high-end residential builds from ground up 
- 
Strong ability to manage site teams and multiple subcontractors

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Skilled in plan interpretation, scheduling, and problem-solving

Strong interpersonal skills for client and consultant communication
